Welcome to the Genealogy Lady website! I have been doing genealogical research for over twenty years, and for clients since 2001. Genealogy and history are my passion, and I hope my enthusiasm is contagious.
I research families throughout the United States. However, my own family hails from New England and the Midwest, so I am more experienced with the resources available in those geographic areas. In addition, I have ancestors who arrived on the Mayflower as well as many who served in the Revolutionary and Civil Wars. Quaker and Schwenkfelder (Pennsylvania German Protestant) research are two additional areas of my expertise. I am a proponent of DNA and genetic genealogy, and I look forward to all the exciting ways this tool will be used in the coming years. As a resident of Northern California, I have access to local repositories and records only available here.
