Message:
My Dear Lena: It seems an age since I heard from you. Frank & Laura are not well & growing in yrs – so it takes all our efforts to pull through. I plan to write but as to [?] out when time come. I had a fine letter from Clara today, with Esther’s picture. Glad to have both. I would certainly appreciate a letter from you. Trust you & Mr. H. are in usual health. I will have a fine Xmas. Frank & Laura send Love – Lovingly – Bal 12-20-15

I assume that your years of reading antique handwriting gives you a major advantage in being able to make out this message! 🙂
I sometimes have to read them many times in order to understand the context and then the missing words fall into place! 🙂
