The original photograph comes from a photo album that was scanned by Eric Graham. He was visiting relatives in California when he discovered this album in their possession, and (thankfully!) he had the foresight to ask if he could copy the pictures.

Genealogy Lady 
The high collar’s didn’t last much longer past 1910, so sometime during the teens. You can compare with the Dowager Duchess’s costume on Downton Abbey compared to her granddaughters. She held onto the fashion much longer than they did. 🙂
And what a high quality pic it is. How different the dresses are. When did those high collars finally go out of fashion? What a sweet face on the child.
