Ina & Frances
This postcard is neither dated nor cancelled. It may have been hand delivered. It was signed by Ina and Frances Hackleman, two of John W. Hackleman’s granddaughters. Francis was born in 1907, and the family lived in Posey Twp., Fayette County, Indiana in 1910. The next sibling Chester was not born until 1913.

Interesting that it is a New Year’s card, with the Christmas motif, and that the reverse side seems to be embossed with the bell image from the front.
What is the source for the census sheet? Is that a photocopy in your possession?
You might be able to obtain a range of dates for when the card was sent if you compare it to greetings cards of the era in which Ina and Frances lived.
Thanks for the advice. I’m actually quite pleased with the six year range of 1907-1913.
