A new baby and a visit

SHARPSVILLE

Sharpsville, Sept. 20 – Mrs. Rolland Foster Jr. and baby, June Elizabeth were brought to their home here from the Tipton County hospital Monday morning. June Elizabeth was born Friday, September 14. She weighed 6 pounds and 13 ounces.
Mrs. Ira Johnson of Largo, Fla. and Mrs. James Miller of Terre Haute, Ind. spent from Friday until Monday here with the former’s brother and family, Mr. and Mrs. Rolland Foster, Sr.

A Trip to Florida

Mr. and Mrs. Rolland Foster Sr., left Monday for a trip to Florida, where they will visit with Mr. Foster’s sister for several days.

Entertained at Sunday Dinner

Dr. and Mrs. Homer Shoupe and children entertained at Sunday dinner, Mr. and Mrs. Rolland Foster and son Richard [sic Rolland], of Ft. Wayne. Mrs. Foster and Mrs. Shoupe are sisters.

Visiting Terre Haute

Mr. and Mrs. Rolland Foster left Tuesday morning for Terre Haute for a brief visit there with latter’s people, and they expect to be at their home in Tampa, Florida, by July 1st.
